Rev. Dr. Gerald Gleeson (Chair)
Fr Gerry was ordained a Priest in 1978. Most of his priestly ministry was spent teaching philosophy and Christian Ethics at the Catholic Institute of Sydney. He served as CatholicCare Sydney’s Director of Mission for several years before being appointed to the position of Vicar General for the Archdiocese of Sydney in 2015. Fr Gerry has served on the boards of a number of organisations, he is a Director of Sydney Catholic Schools Limited and a Member of St John’s College Council and the CDF Advisory Board.

John Leotta
John is a partner at Deloitte with over 30 years experience providing audit and advisory services to leading Australian and international organisations, working closely with senior management, boards and audit committees. John has extensive experience leading the audits of major corporations operating in diverse industries and expertise across strategy, operations and finance.

Pat Garcia
Pat is currently Group General Manager of Public Affairs and Company Secretary and General Counsel at St Vincent’s Health Australia. He previously held the position of Chief Executive and Company Secretary of Catholic Health Australia. He has sat on various boards including the Council of Governors at Ascham School, St Vincent de Paul Society, NSW and the Trustees of the Catholic Aged Care Sydney. He is a qualified solicitor and has practiced in competition law, commercial litigation and corporate advisory. He has worked in the Strategy and Delivery Division of the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet developing policy reform in acute health care, school and tertiary education and disability support.

Simone Constant
Over the course of her career in the public and private sectors, Simone has established herself as a leader in finance and investment, asset management, treasury policy, legal and governance, and risk strategy and planning. Simone has established the Corporate & Institutional Enablement function at one of the largest banks to drive a step change in first line risk, customer focus, compliance and conduct outcomes. Simone held a number of Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director General roles in the NSW Government. In the private sector, Simone held senior roles at CBA, Access Capital, ABN AMRO, Freehills and Babcock and Brown. Simone was appointed as an ASIC Commissioner in August 2023.

Cathy Beverley
Cathy Beverley is an experienced senior executive and Non-Executive Director with more than 30 years’ leadership across health, aged care, disability, and community services.
Originally trained as a Registered Nurse, she brings extensive experience in governance, organisational performance, risk and compliance, and large-scale service delivery within complex and highly regulated environments. Cathy has held executive leadership roles across major not-for-profit providers and brings particular expertise in clinical governance and supporting boards to oversee quality, risk, and organisational sustainability.
