As the social services agency of the Archdiocese of Sydney, 海角社区app supports Sydney parishes to help families and individuals in their communities. Together, 海角社区app and Parishes are the 鈥渉ands and feet鈥� of Christ as disciples in the community, supporting the marginalized and vulnerable.
Our Community Care Workers provide face-to-face support for Parish communities. This free and confidential service offers advice and advocacy to people as they navigate the social services sector helping them to find the help they need.聽
